Beautiful Sports is an organisation specialised in creating unique sporting events and developing passionate sports communities, particularly around cycling.
Our mission is to enable amateur athletes to discover or practice a sport like professionals — but with much more enjoyment and passion.
After several years of growth in Belgium with events such as Bonneville Cycling, Beautiful Sports launches its activities in France.
To lead this development, we are looking for a charismatic profile, passionate about sport, capable of uniting people around cycling and becoming the face of Beautiful Sports in France.

👉 It is a role of community and market builder.
Location: we are flexible on the city where we will open the office in France.
Mission
Your mission will be to develop and structure Beautiful Sports cycling projects in France, and primarily to implement the Bonneville Cycling (BCF) project there.
He or she will be responsible for brand development, community engagement, and events.
This role combines entrepreneurship, sporting events and community development.
Responsibilities
Develop Bonneville Cycling in France
Define and drive the development strategy in France
Identify new event opportunities
Build the local network (local authorities, partners, clubs)
Organisation of a "Mini Tour" of France for amateurs in 2026
Organisation of other Tours and a series of cycling events in 2027
Strengthening the community
Build a sports community around Bonneville Cycling
Develop ambassadors
Represent the brand at events
Partnerships and sponsors
Develop partnerships with brands and institutions
Identify sponsors
Build sustainable collaborations
Organisation of sporting events
in collaboration with the operational teams of Beautiful Sports
Supervise the organisation of events
Coordinate partners and service providers
Ensure the quality of the participant experience
Desired profile
Deep passion for sport, ideally cycling
Experience in sports event management, sports business or outdoor
Strong entrepreneurial skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and charisma
Ability to unite a community
Very good network in the French sports ecosystem
