Responsibilities :
- Logistical Support :
- Manage the organisation and preparation of sports events.
- Monitor the inventory of equipment useful for events, ensure stock availability and organise their maintenance.
- Event Coordination :
- Assist in the setup and on-site management during events (installation, logistics, security).
- Be the point of contact for external providers (caterers, security, technical services).
- Supervise the setup and dismantling of the venues for our events.
- Management of Partners and Participants :
- Assist in communication with sports teams, referees, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate the reception of participants and ensure they have all the necessary information.
- Manage registrations, participant lists and event-related information.
- Monitoring and Reporting :
- Produce post-event reports to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collect feedback from participants and partners.
- Contribute to the preparation of summary presentations for the team.
- Administrative Support :
- Assist with customer support related to our annual leagues and sporting events.
- Participate in the preparation of logistical files and necessary permit requests
