Trade the stands for the backstage: become the unseen engine that brings every finish line to life, from the tarmac of criteriums to the summits of the wildest trails.

We organize sports events with a high "added experience" (cycling, football, trail running).

We are looking for a solid, highly structured, and decisive COO to take full leadership of operations.

This role is pivotal. You will ensure the flawless execution of our events.

Your mission will be to develop and structure the Beautiful Sports cycling projects in France, with a primary focus on implementing the Bonneville Cycling (BCF) project. You will be responsible for developing the brand, the community, and the events.

This role combines entrepreneurship, sports event management, and community building.
