Beautiful Sports organizes sports events with a strong “experience-driven” approach (cycling, football, trail running). Our mission is to enable amateur athletes to discover or practice a sport like professionals — but with much more enjoyment and passion.
We are looking for a structured and decisive Head of Operations to take full leadership of operations.
This role is central. You are theguarantor of the perfect execution of our events..
Your mission
To lead, structure and secure all operations of Beautiful Sports.
You take full responsibility for:
Operational performance
Event safety
Relations with public authorities
Management of internal and external teams
Budget control
Process optimisation
Excellence of the participant experience
You have a constant “helicopter” view and maintain control in critical moments.
Concretely
Management & structuring of the Ops team
Overall supervision of all events
Direct relations with municipalities, police and authorities
Management of permits
Operational decisions on the day
Safety coordination (motorcyclists, marshals, emergency services)
Logistical management & service providers
Budget management
Recruitment and briefing of external staff
Implementation of quality indicators (NPS, ops performance)
Ideal candidate
Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in managing complex operations (ideally in sports events or demanding field environments).
Natural leader, able to impose a clear framework
Structured, process-oriented & focused on continuous improvement
Excellent decision-making ability under pressure
Comfortable with authorities and institutional interlocutors
Very organised, rigorous, reliable
We are looking for a senior profile who enjoys being on the ground, takes final responsibility, and leads without ambiguity.
