A. Desired profiles
8 cyclists aged at least23 years, with good interpersonal skills: reliable, diplomatic, charismatic, curious, empathetic, confident, with a sense of humour, a contagious joy of living and a real positive energy for the group.
Able to ridecomfortably in a group at 30–33 km/h for about 2 hours.
B. What the role involves
Commitment as aRide Leader for the Sunday Cycling Clubfor the spring 2026 period
(1st April to 30th June).
Ride leaderevery other Wednesday(about 6 times) from18:15 to 21:00, starting from theAuderghem clubhouse, and potentiallyfrom Place Wienerlater in the season.
The groups that all ride leaders will need to supervise
(each ride leader must guideat least 3 times the Zone 2 Mafia) :
Zone 2 Mafia (28 km/h)– 2 ride leaders(former group B)
A- (31 km/h)– 1 ride leader
A+ (33 km/h)– 1 ride leader
The Fast Pack (formerly "A++") (+35 km/h) will NOT be managed by the ride leaders, but by external "community leaders".

On 20th March, we will contact you to let you know if your profile interests us for spring 2026.
